Hi...i just got back from hawaii where I went with my good friend and teacher sonia choquette for a weeklong experience that is very hard to describe, so I won't try :) but suffice to say we had an incredible time, the weather was good and the island of kauia was very beautiful (I had never been there before) ...for those of you who aren't familiar with sonia, she is a gifted psychic and author who has published around 8 or 9 books...(more...)

Just started gearing up for the acoustic recording sessions now that I'm home...so much to do!!! enough said here, though...as part of an unique collaboration, I will be posting my thoughts on getting ready for the final round of recording the "chicago" body of work, my though processes in getting ready for the sessions, and the show at metro on april 19th...all these posts will appear on integralnaked.org...this is the site run by another friend of mine, ken wilber, who himself is indescribable... :) Ken's site is free to join for the first month, so I hope you check it out...i will be posting everyday thru april 20th, and we also hope to put up some small video clips of the recording sessions and the show so you can get a bit of a peek into the songs and the eventual end result (I hope, I hope)...hope all is well with you, all is well here love bc RECORDING SESSION TICKET INFORMATION
