We are requesting your assistance in locating this missing girl that attended Billy's Solo concert at Metro in Chicago on Monday April 19 2004.
Her name is Sara and her parents have reported her missing to the Toronto Police on April 28, 2004. They confirmed that Sara did attend the concert and had called asking for money so she could purchase a bus ticket to return to Toronto. She did not arrived as she stated.
Sara's parents have been in contact with a female identified as Connie that stated she had become friends with Sara when she arrived in Chicago. Connie spent some time with Sara, however now doesn't know where she has gone.
